Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

If we are going to talk about wellbeing as an institutional value, then we have to start with centering wellbeing for ALL as a core component of that value. There are many identities that make up the members of UCI’s diverse community, and making sure that every identity is heard, valued and supported is critical to ensuring that everyone has the opportunity and capacity to thrive and flourish. This is not just the work of one unit, one department or one population. This must be the work of everyone that calls UCI home.
